VOICE-FIRST CRM
Sales workflows powered by voice instead of manual admin
Vocus is a voice-first CRM currently in its MVP phase for sales teams that want to manage contacts, companies, and conversations without friction. The platform combines chat and voice input with a clean CRM interface so information no longer gets lost in notes, tabs, or delayed admin work.
CHALLENGE
Traditional CRM systems slow teams down with forms, click-heavy flows, and manual data entry. In sales especially, this wastes valuable time and often means information reaches the system too late or not at all.
SOLUTION
We built a modern product platform with a Next.js frontend, NestJS backend, and AI-powered voice-to-CRM interaction. Users can trigger CRM actions via voice or text, manage companies and customers, and sign in securely with passkeys or classic authentication.

AGENT DASHBOARD
Mission control for Claude Code agents in the terminal
Maestro is a terminal dashboard for teams and developers who run multiple Claude Code agents in parallel. Instead of juggling countless tabs and windows, agents can be launched, monitored, and interacted with centrally in split or grid layouts.
CHALLENGE
As soon as multiple agents run in parallel, tab chaos sets in fast: prompts get missed, state changes are overlooked, and constant context switching noticeably kills flow.
SOLUTION
The solution is a keyboard-first Rust TUI with PTY rendering, automatic state detection, session persistence, and configurable workspaces. That makes multiple agents visible and controllable inside a single interface, including notifications and fast navigation.

QR CODE GENERATOR
Digital Business Cards via QR Code
A Progressive Web App for creating dynamic QR code business cards. Users enter their contact details – name, phone, email, social media links – and the app generates a personalized QR code in real-time. Exportable, shareable, and usable directly from the home screen.
CHALLENGE
Traditional business cards are cumbersome and quickly outdated. Digital alternatives are often bloated or require expensive subscriptions. A simple, free solution for modern networking needs was missing.
SOLUTION
A lean Next.js application running entirely client-side. PWA functionality enables installation on any device. Intuitive user interface for quick data entry with live preview of the generated QR code.

Modern Web Presence for Healthcare Provider
Complete redesign of the digital presence for an established therapy center. The website combines appealing design with practical functionality – from detailed therapist profiles to comprehensive treatment pages. The integrated CMS enables the team to update content independently without technical knowledge.
CHALLENGE
The therapy center needed a professional online presence that builds trust while being easy to maintain. The old website was outdated and couldn't be updated independently.
SOLUTION
A performant Angular application with Contentful as headless CMS. Structured content for therapists, treatments, and locations. SEO-optimized for local healthcare search terms.

TECH MIGRATION
From PHP to Modern Angular Stack
Complete technical modernization of an existing PHP website without design changes. The focus was on performance, security, and maintainability. The migration enabled integration of a modern CMS system for flexible content management by the internal team.
CHALLENGE
The existing PHP codebase was difficult to maintain and posed security risks. Content changes required developer intervention, leading to delays and additional costs.

Gradual migration to Angular while preserving the existing design. Integration of Contentful for structured content management. Modern build pipeline for automated deployments.

Dynamic Document Generation from Templates
Development of a flexible web application for automated PDF document creation. Users can insert values into predefined templates and generate personalized documents – a process that previously had to be done manually and took considerable time.
CHALLENGE
The company created dozens of PDF documents manually every day. Each document had to be adjusted individually, which was error-prone and time-consuming.

An intuitive Next.js application with Node.js backend for PDF generation. Template system for different document types. User-friendly interface for quick data entry and preview.
